What this appendix is for

The main playbook is a deliberate sequence. It moves slowly because the chapters earn their place over time. This appendix moves faster.

Bonus Material is where short pieces land between editions: field notes from a specific client engagement, case write-ups that show a framework applied in real life, and live learnings that surfaced from a workshop, a diagnosis, or a hard week in someone's business. The pieces here may eventually become full chapters in a future edition. They may also stay here as standalone reference. Either is fine.

How to read it

Read the main playbook first. Bonus Material is best when you already have the framework in your head and want to see how someone actually applied it. Pieces are dated so you can tell what arrived recently.

Contribution protocol

Bonus Material accepts contributions from ARCAS clients, advisors, and the founder community on the conditions below. Submissions go to bonus@arcassystems.com.

• The piece is a real story or a real exercise from real work. Anonymise client names if needed, but keep the situation specific.
• Length is short. 800 to 1,500 words for a field note, 1,500 to 3,000 for a case write-up.
• The piece names the framework it applies and links to the chapter that holds it.
• The piece follows the playbook voice rules. Direct, specific, no AI-tells, no banned words. See docs/marketing/ANTI_AI_WRITING_GUIDE.md if you have not seen the rules.
• The contributor is named at the top of the piece with one-line attribution. Pseudonyms are fine if the situation is sensitive.

Each accepted piece earns a slot in the next edition's changelog under the Bonus Material heading.
